The Challenge

Standby Healthcare approached us to develop a robust CRM system that would give their team instant access to daily and weekly rosters, while supporting real-time communication for any updates or changes. A key part of the brief was to integrate the CRM seamlessly with the payroll process, enabling staff to submit digital timesheets and clients to approve them electronically.

The system also needed to connect directly with their onboarding application, automatically generating detailed staff profiles and supporting candidate referrals for compliance checks. This end-to-end solution was designed to streamline internal operations, improve efficiency and ensure clear, compliant communication across every stage of the staffing process.

The Solution

Working closely with the team at Standby Healthcare, we designed and developed a comprehensive CRM platform built using React.js. The system was carefully engineered to be fully responsive, ensuring smooth and reliable access across all devices.

At the heart of the platform is a centralised framework that brings together all key elements, including staff profiles, client accounts, rate cards, media uploads, notes and job records. Staff can easily update their availability and view their rosters in real time, making scheduling clearer and more efficient.
