CV Sift is an AI-driven recruitment tool designed to streamline the hiring process and uncover the best talent quickly and efficiently.
Users can upload multiple CVs at once, which are then intelligently analysed by advanced AI to match candidates against specific criteria such as industry, role, experience and education. The result is faster, more accurate shortlisting, saving time and helping employers make better hiring decisions.
The Challenge
CV Sift was developed in-house at NE6 as part of an innovation initiative to explore the integration of artificial intelligence into digital tools, with a focus on transforming the recruitment process.
The result is a powerful platform, built using OpenAI technology, that simplifies CV analysis and helps recruiters identify the most relevant candidates with speed and accuracy. The process is simple: users upload a batch of CVs, select the relevant industry and job title, and the AI gets to work—sorting, comparing and recommending based on the criteria that matter most.
With a wide range of customisable AI prompts, CV Sift allows recruiters to tailor each search to their unique requirements. The results are presented in a clear, easy-to-read format and can be exported as PDFs for further review or sharing—making the entire shortlisting process faster, smarter and more efficient.
The Solution
Our solution was to design and build a lightweight, AI-powered web application that delivers fast, accurate CV analysis through a simple, user-friendly interface. Using OpenAI’s language capabilities, we created a system that allows recruiters to upload multiple CVs, define specific criteria, and receive tailored candidate recommendations in seconds. With customisable AI prompt options and PDF export functionality, the platform offers a flexible and efficient tool for modern recruitment workflows.
